PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE and THE LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

BENEDICTION

BENEDICTION RESPONSE
Sent forth by God’s blessing, our true faith confessing,
The people of God from this dwelling take leave.
The service is ended, O now be extended
The fruits of our worship in all who believe.
The seed of our teaching, receptive hearts reaching,
Shall blossom in action for God and for all.
God’s grace did invite us, and love shall unite us,
To work for God’s realm and to answer the call.

STEWARDSHIP CORNER

Weekly Giving

We are living in challenging times. Sometimes, it may feel overwhelming, but know that God is always with you, no matter what. When the adversities of our world build to a point of exhaustion, take heart and know that you are not alone. God does not promise to prevent all the bad things or situations from happening in our lives; instead, God promises to walk with us THROUGH the dark valleys of fear, emotional and physical injury, scarcity and want, and feelings of doubt, unworthiness, uncertainty. Know that you are loved, you are worthy, and you are a child of the One True King who has overcome the world.

“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.”
~ Maya Angelou

“Come to me, all you who are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
~ Matthew 11:28-30 (NRSVUE)
