STEWARDSHIP CORNER
Weekly Giving
- Last week, we welcomed 54 people in worship, and our total giving to the church for the week was $1,073.43, which is $311.19 less than expected.
- So far, this year’s congregational giving has been $2,400 more than expected. Keep up the great work!!
Do you know the benefits of volunteering to help at our church suppers? Beyond the rewards of helping your church with fundraising and providing a hearty meal and great fellowship for our community, everyone who helps during our dinner service is welcome to join us afterward to enjoy a free meal together, or take home a takeout meal, as our way of saying, “Thanks!” Also, if you’d like to learn more about food safety, we offer reimbursement of training costs. See Jim Fennell for more information.
Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
