Stress, anxiety, and chaos of day-to-day life can turn our world upside down, especially during the holidays. This is the time to focus on what matters most, our relationships and our physical, mental, and spiritual health. Winnie the Pooh and his friends help us explore struggles we all face in a manner that is real without taking ourselves too seriously. We can learn creative ways to promote well-being no matter what our age.
Join us online on Thursday, December 2 from 12pm to 1:30pm as we share tips and resources for helping children cope with stress and anxiety. Adults can use these simple ideas to have some fun and to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health along the way.
This program is facilitated by Debbie Ringen, Minister for Health and Wellness, and will be followed by a Q&A period. If you’re interested in joining us, please contact Debbie at ringend@sneucc.org.
Registration will be available soon from the event page on the SNEUCC website.
