The flower ministry decorated the sanctuary with tulips, lilies, daffodils, and hyacinths for our Easter service. As always, they looked and smelled amazing!
At the beginning of the advent season the sanctuary once again was decorated with greenery. We returned to the “Hanging of the Greens” worship service. Several of those in attendance helped with hanging wreaths, placing a poinsettia, or setting up the manger.
Each year the congregation is invited to buy a Poinsettia to be placed on the altar in remembrance or celebration. Unfortunately, due to a supply issue with the garden center, they were not able to fill our order. Instead, people were invited to bring in their own poinsettia. Several were brought in to adorn the altar. Pastor Kelly had a moment of remembrance for those who wished to pay homage to loved ones.
Our sanctuary was once again filled with beautiful holiday decorations to celebrate the
holy spirit!
